so my husband and i went there and i got a togo plate get home to eat my food and what do i see hair ! ewww never again i wish i could put no stars

I received a gift card for my birthday and placed a to go order. I called up the day before to inform them I wouldn't be there at 11 and if they can change my order to noon. When I got home the food was cold, after eating the food I got violently ill and realized only after they had never changed the time on the order( from the receipt) and it had been sitting there for over an hour and they still gave it to me. I e-mailed them and was ignored. I will never eat at Olive Garden again.

I used to like going here, despite the long wait time on Sundays but no more. They have started using these computerized stations at their tables.
WATCH YOUR KIDS WITH THIS!!! IF NOT YOU WILL BE CHARGED $2.99 BECAUSE YOUR CHILD PRESSED THE GAME BUTTON. You have been warned!
So they tricked me buy using my kid for $2.99, not ok at all!

Next the portion sizes are smaller and the prices higher. They have accomplished this by changing their plates to smaller ones (like I wouldn't notice).

Did you like the after dinner mints? Too bad those are just about gone too. You have to now ask for some then have your server look at you like you just demanded their paycheck! When all you did was overpay for a your meal and was expecting the chocolate mints like they always give, until now.

Best olive garden in town. Most clean venue. Large place. Quality food most of the time.

Trash in the ash tray walking in. Trash over flowing in the restroom. Poop on the toliet seat. Watered down Toscana Soup with a piece of an old sugar packet in it and no acceptance of responsibility from the manager (Jacob). Our server (Destiny) provided great customer service.
