Avoid this place!!! The food sucks and all tastes like if they had been frozen for years and they just microwaved them up. Some pieces we got are still cold inside... I hope I won't have food poison tomorrow...
Went with some friend Jun 2012. The current owner is miserable!!! Rude, nasty and have no idea how to run business. One of our friends didn't feel like dim sum and ordered stir fry. He waited 50 some mins, and everyone else in our group has finished eating. We urged them 3-4 times for the food. They responded saying they'll check on it and nothing happens. When the food finally came, they didn't even apologize. I complained to the owner and she yelled at me in Chinese saying I am f*** difficult and if we think the food took too long, we should just leave and don't eat it. Their scream attracted the attention from all the other customers... I know this kind of attitude is somewhat normal from a Chinese restaurant owner, but after these people have being in US for so long, I can't believe they still have not learned a thing about customer service. I will for sure not go to this place ever again and I highly recommend everyone to stay away from it... for your own sake...

My family had been eating dim sum for years, but our restaurant closed down. This one had opened, and has filled the niche. Not as good as what we had, but beggars can't be choosers.

Give this place a try! I eat here as often as I can! Although the surrounding neighborhood might scare some folks away, I promise the food here is worth the trip out of your comfort zone! Be prepared for a more authentic experience. Sure, there are the typical "Sesame Chicken" etc. offerings on the menu, but, the "real" Chinese dishes are so much better!

The atmosphere of On-Time is stylish and inviting. I've sampled items from the dim sum and regular dinner menu. We always ask for the same server--Zhong Ming Wang. He is very nice and always does a good job. On the dim sum menu, my favorite items are the shrimp crepe fried crab seaweed roll. For dinner, I LOVE the filet fish in hot chili oil, and Shanghai-style bok choy. (Be sure to get it Shanghai-style! It comes in a garlic-y broth) The dim sum is a bit on the pricey side.

The water-spinach is also very good. And... I have to fess-up... I've even tried the Sesame Chicken. It's good, too!
