Help... someone told me that you have closed up. I hope not. I love the fish fry and your prime rib is excellent(so says my friend) and I love the shrimp. Please tell me you are only closed for remodeling which is what we were told last time we were there.. Only complaint was that my drink was bad..... bartender didn't even see the bottom of the bottle in my glass..ugh

I have been going to the Open Hearth for years. My parents used to take our whole family there for Christmas every year. My husband and I had not been there for a while and were hungry for prime rib. What a disappointment! We walked in and it took someone 5 minutes to acknowledge us. I had to ask for place settings. The salad and bread was good but the potatoes were barely warm and my prime rib was dry and tasteless. The whole evening was such a let down. We will not be going there again. It's a shame because it used to be sooooo good.
