We go there before every show. The food is always good to excellent. The service has always been excellent. Their rib roast is among the best I've ever had is come $$$$$ restaurants. My husband is partial to the corn beef sandwich and the fish fry. Our companions enjoy the Ruben and salmon. It us usually quiet, telaxed, and contiguous to the main theaters. We never have to go outside from parking garage, to Otto's, to theater. Percy fit for us.

Food:

I love this place. It is casual, ancient, and yes, it is bar food. But it is well, cool! No, it is not fancy fair which is exactly why I like it! No it is not fantastic but you are not paying for fantastic. The bar is beautiful to see. Friendly help.

I've gone to Moser's for 50+ years (way before they were at playhouse) and one thing is for sure, if you EVER have a complaint or are dissatified with the food OR service... simply have the common courtesy to share your issue or concern with the manager - you will positively receive "immediate and courteous" response. You will also never pay for a bad meal! To write such a negative review seems to show how negative your life is. Take a moment... take in a deep breath... and ask for assistance.
People appreciate respect and communication - doesn't appear you do. We're going there this evening for a Super Corned Beef treat. I hope you give them a second try and give a little thought before you "strike!!" :)

Service can be hit and miss, but as a lunchtime regular, I am usually in and out in a half hour. The buffalo chicken is outstanding, all chicken sandwiches are generously sized and flavorful. Most other stuff is average at best. Good prices.

Negative 5 Stars, I am not one to leave reviews and be picky, service was OK, what you'd expect from a diner type service. The food was pathetic, all of it. My wife's soup, my famous corn beef sandwich, even fried food were awful. I dont think that I have ever not finish a meal at a restaurant that was not good. This place was beyond bad, I am hoping that this was an isolated incident, and it was a bad night, I wont be back to try it again. for being right next to the playhouse sq it was not too cheap, I would have rathered eating fast food for a fraction of the price.
