Outback Steakhouse, Huntington, New York, Steak House Restaurant Details

It's a chain restaurant. So to expect an AMAZING steak....just don't. The food is good and the place is very clean. There is a typical wait around dinner time, so I usually call ahead. The waitstaff is nice and the prices are reasonable. I had ordered a to-go order and they forgot an item, but I didn't realize it until I got home. I called them and they offered to put the money back on my credit card, but I opted to pick up the item. When I got there they were very apologetic and nice about the situation and offered me a free drink or dessert. I feel that the situation was handled WONDERFULLY and applaud them for that!

After eating it i thought the crab legs tasted bad, that night on the toilet all night....
Not having seen a relative for years we picked the outback steak house to eat at. we arrived at opening and the staff hanging out in the kitchen were noisey- to say the least, then we heard yelling into the fan- obscene talk, was inappropiate for staff to be acting like that, i asked the waitress whats going on, because it was louder than the conversation i was having with my aunt, the waitress replied their (the other staff in the kitchen are immature)
dont eat here, the food was bad, the staff with a getto attitude, with innapropiated language made it like a barbque in some south bronx dump rather then a dinning experience.
wheres the manager?????????????
