Bad service from the time I walked thru the door. The hostess at this place needs to get into another line of work.

Food:

Went to have dinner with my husband and two children on April 5th. When he walked in the hostest rolled her eyes about our children. Never again will we come to this location.

Food:

The service is excellent. Wonderful atmosphere for a restaurant and by far my favorite Outback I have ever been to. Food is beyond perfect. Would recommend over all restaurants in this area.

Worst. Service. Ever. Worst. Meal. Ever.
I have been to this restaurant several times in the past and food and service, while not exceptional, were good. This time the service was abominable, waitstaff were always in the back or huddled by the bar and no manager to be found. My filet mignon looked like it had been run over by a car and, though ordered medium rare, was much closer to well done. The crab cake was mostly something not crab. Our baked potatoes were cold and minimally dressed. My BLUE CHEESE pecan salad was missing the BLUE CHEESE, which after complaint didn't arrive for 15 minutes. The only reason that I didn't send the steak back was that we had waited more than an hour for our food and it was minimally edible and we had other things to do and and I was not willing to wait for god knows how long for a replacement. This place was not very crowded as there were multiple empty tables and no wait for a table all the time we were there.

I was just there with my girls and we never got waited on. my girls even noticed it and we just left. they didn't even notice we left because no one was on cite. I used to love this place but now it's my worst and last choice to be. never coming back..I came to saltgrass and service is quick!!
