Never been to OUTBACK before. Went yesterday for daughter's birthday. I tend to be loyal to certain restaurants, and I am sure I'll add this one to my list. I will be back. All was fine, but the MAIN reason I'd return is to sit in the server "Tracy's" section. A pleasant waitress who was absolutely delightful in personality and character. I hope her manager reads this.

Food:

Consistent quality and a great bargain. Appetizer, entrée, and two sides reasonable price with several options. Like key lime? Try the key lime parfee. Swear you are in Key West.

Went there for my first time ever last night, with family from out of town, started out with putting us in the far back passing many open tables. Then we ordered frozen margaritas, they could've passed as a cherry slush from 7/11(which is saying a lot since I haven't had a drink in months) & the waiter took forever to check on us, we ordered our plates, steak was really rare when I requested well done, the steamed broccoli was way over steamed and Mac & cheese was cold. I sent my plate back & some other guy got right in my face & lied saying everything was remade. The same everything was on the plate, but to top it off, where I had cut the steak was really well done & the other side wasn't done enough. My family had ordered shrimp & it was 4 tiny pieces of raw shrimp for $7 more..seriously? All in all, it was $110 for frozen kool aid drinks, under done entrees, cold/soggy sides & crappy placement. Save your money & just go to McDonald's.

Asked for medium rare and got medium well and when the manager came by she said she would take care of it and bring me a new one I get a new steak that's maybe a little bit better but still past medium and I was told that she would check on me after setting it down to see how I like it she never came back and at first she try to justify by saying how juicy the first steak was I'm sitting there thinking cook it how I like it I don't care how juicy it is I freaking want like bloody warm steak medium rare. I think they could use a new chef and I also feel like I wasted 50+ dollars on some terrible food service was really good I will say that the waitress was great and as part of her apology at first The manager brings by this nasty Fried onion with the sauce that tasted like it had rubbing alcohol in it and it is a shame because we used to love that location but we won't be going anymore
