Outback Steakhouse, Staten Island, New York Restaurant Details

Food:

First of all on a monday night at 7:30 pm they were out of the infamous bone in Rib Eye,not to mention
baked potatoes,mashed potatoes,the french fries were cold and saturated with grease the salad had chunks of lettuce,gross,and the steak that was available was cold and served almost raw!! And the manager Elaina said that she would make a note of it. Please go to a diner,you will be happier.But please let me say that if it wasn't for Michael Garcia a wonderful waiter,professional,courteous, friendly,just an all around great server,but his hands are tied with SPACE CADET Elaina THE MANAGER,what a joke.

Lauren the waitress is the best. Kind, warm courteous and super friendly. Her beauty is also astounding, classy with a twist of rock. She always makes this fine culinary endeavor outstanding.

Horrible! Thats the only way to describe it, the manager doesn't have a clue to whats going on. He's more worried about hanging at the bar, talking on his phone than his customers. Although I felt bad for the young kids that work in the front, they have no clue. They take your name, give you a page and never give you a table, if I didn't go up there 3 or for times after waiting over an hour I never would have been seated!!
Asa far as the food it was OK just ok we both ordered ribeye steaks 10 oz. and a 14 oz. NO difference in size, ordered medium came out well. The waitress was very nice but the place needs a new manager,they ran out of mashed potatoes, no silverware. I will never go there again.

Filet was more well done than medium well. No pink. A little bland. No seasoning. Had to use salt , pepper, A1. Delicious potato soup. Ok sweet potato fries. Could not eat them all. Delicious cosmo. Good attentive service.

Worst Outback ever!!! Service was horrible. No silverware after asking several times, our salads came out warm and the place smells. Busboys were standing by my table talking about their personal life. We even had to walk up to the front to pay the bill because our waitress never came back. Stay away from this location...
