Worst customer services I have ever had eating at this outback location (Outback in Stockton on March Lane). Never picked up finish plates. Server's were talk continously and ignoring customers. SteAK was requested to be cook medium well but was cook over cooked one side and the other side was cooked medium well. I look at the steak I thought to myself what the hell is this shit

$14.99 stake and lobster cost $19.99 . would not honer advertised price. service was awful. had to wait15 min for drinks. and we were in the bar with only3 other people . had to ask for silverware, stake had to have A 1 sauce! gave outback one more chance ! that was it. we will not be backto outback

Was hoping to have a nice steak dinner, turned out horrible, the wait for drinks, forever food Horrible, waitress went on break before getting the food, food was Cold not good a place for drinks nor steaks dinner. Stockton Outback

waitress was very nice other workers were not helpful though
I didn't know you can ruin a ribeye by making it dry also spices on steak were burnt leaving a foul taste

my wife had seafood and the fish was ruined "really watery consistency
we didn't finish our meal I asked for check and paid bill "refused the doggy bag "told waitress food wasn't good enough for my dog and I'M very disappointed " they didn't offer to do anything for me so oh well we had dinner a jack n the box down the road
id give jack n the box 5 stars compared to outback in Stockton

Outback usually good on service and quality of the meal at Pleasanton. But the meal I have this time in the Outback-Stockton was terrible. When we came in the restaurant the hostess is folding napkins but she prefer to fold stack of napkin before she take us to our table.. and then April our waitress came to take our order. She sit down at table with us while writing down our order. My girlfriend ask order porkchop but when she the order they where pink inside, which everyone in the porkchop eating world knows the porkchop must be well done. I order sirloin steak and shrimp with bake potato and the toppings on the side of the potato. When my order came topping is inside of the potato not like I ask. And also I have ask my steak to be cook medium well but when I cut into it the steak was very well done. I told April my steak is not cook what I asked she responded "eat the rest and I will get you another steak". She came back with another steak and all I can eat was only two bites. The steak have a lot of pepper and I was choking on it. And also it was cooked pan fried not grilled and look so very greasy. While all this happening 1 male waiter come running from the kitchen like they where horse playing on the back and the hostess came out from the back with plastic container in both hand as she was holding monster drink between her teeth. It was very unprofessional the way the staff conducted themselves. The food was terrible . I will never that Outback again.
