Outback Steakhouse, Toledo, Ohio Restaurant Details

Food:

Me and my boyfriend was here for almost 2 hours. We got our food a hour later because our waiter forgot to put in our food then didn't complety put our order in. The manager was nice and paid for half of our bill, but still it wasn't busy and everybody that came in after us got there food before us. That's one of the reasons why I'll never ever go back there they always have poor service

Not pleased with the take out experience. A mistake was made with my order, I returned to have my order corrected and was given the wrong food again. I was told by the manager that my debit card would be refunded what I had spent and that a credit of 15.00 would be put in the system for the next visit. I still have not seen the refund of my original purchase. Also I went to place an order today and was told that there was nothing on the record for me having received a credit. The kindness of the staff is the only positive part of my past experiences, that notwithstanding I will never visit this Outback again.

Food was excellent and service was even better. Waitress was friendly efficient and very professional.

WHAT the heLL happened here?! really bad. tables and floors left unclean for hours. our waitress was cool though i guess. food was very sub-par (for the price). For example my steak was 20% Fat and overcooked/dry! that has never happened before to me at any other outback location. Don't get me wrong though, this location USED to be good (like 8 years ago), but as of my last visit on 05/17/2015 it has gone in the dumps. I'd rather go to Applebee's or McDonald's. I hope they can redeem themselves.

Worst Outback I've been to, Went last night and the place was filthy. Staff was rude and sloppy. Food was presented horribly and it wasn't even what I would call "good" it was just barely ok. My steak was WAY overcooked and dry. Caesar salad was bland and soggy. Quesedias looked like they were thrown on the plate and the sauce bowl that came with it was covered in sauce all over. The plate was burning hot but the server neglected to warn us. Took about 20 min for a refill. Bathrooms were revolting. Of the 4 stalls There was only 1 usable one. What is up with this location??? Needs new management I think
