Food is mediocre and the bar doesn't mix it up too much. Standard stuff here.

Disappointing, We were hoping it would be better than it was. Living in the neighborhood we would walk by occasionally to see if they had reopened after about a year. Yes, it's open, higher prices, very short menu. The 2 tables near us ALSO complained about the food...tasteless, and looked unappetizing.

FOOD POISONING ADVISORY!!!

Last week I went to PJ's for dinner and got the second worst food poisoning in my life (2nd only to the food poisoning I suffered from the Wendy's in Glenview back in the mid-90s). We ordered the sampler platter (which was, to be fair breaded fried cr@p) and I ate the turkey burger. The night after, I had poor indigestion and acid re-flux (even after popping Tums). Whatever I caught from their food, it completely shut down my peristalsis. The day after, I felt like whatever I had for "brunch" would not go down, I lost my appetite, and the night after that I had severe constipation, and later, more indigestion and a couple rounds of gut-wrenching ralphing. Food poisoning from any establishment in this country is unacceptable, there's a reason why we have laws and regulations. Of course, you might expect the risk of food poisoning from bottom-of-the-barrel fastfood, but I paid for a $100 dinner for 3 and still succumbed to food poisoning. I could not eat a thing until about 3 days later. This is just UN-FVCKING-ACCEPTABLE! I urge any person reading this to avoid this place at all costs, for your own health and safety. I feel fine now, a full recovery one week later, but I fear that it might get worse once the tapeworms hatch considering that the turkey burger may have contained tapeworm eggs. That might explain the shutdown of my digestive system. The last thing I need is 10-meter worms making a home in my innards.

Their reuben is quite good. Paired with their homemade chips.

Their salads are big and tasty.

Nice staff. Good beer.

Delicious burgers! I had the veggie burger and it was huge! Not entirely sure what it was made of, but I loved it. The atmosphere is fun and young. Good party spot. Great for food and watching a game.
