Do not go to any CrowdTorch HyperGlow events produced by Cvent at Pacha NYC. It is unsafe. After being let in to a holding area and tickets scanned (= no refund), my daughter and friend and the rest of the ticket purchasers were trampled and corralled for nearly two hours under scary conditions. Finally they were told that if they wanted to get onto the dance floor they would have to pay another $20 cash for girls, and $30 cash for guys to the bouncers, who used rough force and threatening language while pushing metal gates into them to fence them in even tighter. It was at this point my girls left, never having even made it to the dance floor, but not before a horrific ordeal just trying to push their way out to exit the building. It was one of the most unpleasant experiences of their lives, and my worst nightmare to learn about it.

Depending on the night Pacha can either be perfect or a little dull. I've seen Oscar G (not fun) Adventure Club (okay but too much use of horns which ruined the music) and Audien (one of the best shows I've ever been to. It can be pricey but it's an NYC club so to be expected. For big names there are hot dancers and lots of extras. Definitely a place to go see big name headliners

Terrible experience... I've been to a lot of clubs, shows, festivals and this is just by far the worst. Went to see w&w and first waited for an hour and a half with no information on how to get downstairs or when it will be opened and then when they open it, we had to pay 30$ per guy and 20$ per girl and this is literally to be able to see the dj... Then to get over the fences you had to hop over it...If there is info about this on the site I didn't see it. This is just a terribly run business.... Drinks cost about 38$ for two, although that's to be expected. No information, staff was not nice and I would never come back here again.

Probably the worst club ive ever been to. drinks are ridiculously expensive. and if you pay at the door, you can only go upstairs. martin garrix show was a complete rip off. never again. i personally dont care who was there. people stood inline upstairs for hours because at midnight they will open up downstairs....im still looking at the same people in line. complete liars. i second my never again. especially paying the same for online tickets at the door.

This place is OK. It's hit or miss. Some days it is a lot of fun, and others there are barely any people around and the music is not where it should be. There's a bunch of different floors with multiple bars so there isn't a huge drink line. However, the bartender once did not know how to make a long island ice tea for me. I watched her pour in only tequila and coke then handed it to me. Overall, Pacha is a decent place for a night of dancing and expensive drinking.
