Was a guest of a person I work for . He loves the Palm chain. I like it, but in the end, it's a chain and I prefer one-offs. The food is consistently delicious and the service is as good as the food. You won't be disappointed ever, but there're nothing unique or outstanding either. Consistency is the key here.

I dined there 5-3 with 5 others and we had a fair time.
I ordered the ahi tuna app, it was good, not exceptional, but good.
For dinner I ordered a medium cooked bone in rib eye steak.
I received a rare- very rare, overwhelmingly obviously rare steak.
I showed the server, he brings me back 10 minutes later the same piece of steak charred and smelling burnt and now well done.
He didn't seem to care or notice.
25 minutes later, the manager came over and said he was sorry it would be just a few more minutes.
At this point, my family was largely done eating dinner and I had stated that it was no longer needed.
He told me not to worry that he'd take it off the bill.
I explained to him that I wouldn't worry because i didn't get what i asked for and that I wouldn't pay for something I didn't get anyway.
The desert was average.
The service was pretty slow.
The meal took 4 hours to complete and we were all confused as to why.
All in all, I'll be leaving this under every review site I can find.
I will say that this restaurant should be advertisement for Capital Grille, a much better steakhouse.
I'm not hard to win over.
The manager tried to say that the server was trying not to cause me delay by charring the steak the way they did.
Ultimately, I didn't have dinner. I had an appetizer and desert.
I'd not let anyone I know go there, nor would I reccommend it to anyone that I knew was even staying at the hard rock.
I'd encourage a ride to mortons, cap grille, flemmings... I'd even say long horn steakhouse over this experience.

One of the best restaurants ever! Perfect for special occasions and business events. The best menu item is the lobster - flown in fresh from Nova Scotia; available in 3lbs or 6 lbs. Amazing service to go along with it. I would highly recommend this restaurant. It's a must try dining experience!

The quality of the food at the Palm is always excellent and the cost reflects it. The real bargain are the bar bites. You can make a meal out of a couple of selections, have a glass of wine and receive a bill less than $30.

Try the hearts of palm salad with garlic vinaigrette. Entrees were decent.

Tender, perfectly cooked chops, juicy lobsters and some of the best cocktails in town bring an upper-crust crowd to this high-end NY-based steakhouse set in Universal's Hard Rock Hotel; the caricature-enhanced space has a pleasant atmosphere and the attentive staff is there when you want to be pampered, so it fits the bill on splurge nights.
