This place always seemed to have a line out the door so we decided to wake up early & check it out when they first opened. Definitely worth it! The pancakes are amazing and we had an awesome waitress who was great with kids.

We couldn't wait to eat at your restaurant as in the past the food as been great. We had 7 people with us and the food was not good!! It was a huge disappointment!!! The portions and flavor wasn't worth the money that we were charged!! The prices were way over priced!!! 2 of our meals alone cost $39.00 without a tip! This is supposed to be a pancake restaurant that specializes in pancakes and their pancakes were so bland and not good it was ridiculous!! The syrup they use also is terrible! I asked for blueberry syrup and was told I would be charged $2.25 for a tiny container with no refills!! You would think a restaurant that its name says pancake in it would be outstanding with a variety of pancake syrup for no extra charge. Their omelette's were crazy how thin they were. My cousin ordered a cheese omelette and it came flat with one slice of cheese cut into 3 pieces and laid on top of the omelette that wasn't even melted!!! They nickle and dime you there for everything!!! Told all of this to the manager, Jack, after we paid for our expensive meal and he said we should have told our waitress. We didn't want to wait for them to remake as we knew it would come to us the same way. The food wasn't even hot, it was barely warm!! Definitely not worth the wait. Cracker Barrel is a ton better than this place!!!! Doesn't even deserve a 1 star but had to do or it wouldn't post!! Go figure!!

ITS CASH ONLY even tho they have a credit card swiper and dont tell you that at any point. This place was pricey. The service was ok. The food was good but no better than Ihop. They charge extra for syrup NO LIE!!!! Wanna get played and hustled then this is the place for you. As for me i wont go back.

There was a long wait, which is to be expected in Gatlinburg on the weekend, but then our food came out surprisingly quickly - for the wrong reason. My omelette was undercooked. The first bite was cooked outside but full of raw egg white on the inside.

I ordered the sweet potato pancakes as well, which came out a little gooey in parts. We asked the waitress if that was normal, and she wasn't sure. We kept the pancakes, which turned out to be the wrong choice, and had the omelette remade. The second omelette came out okay, but about halfway through the stack of pancakes I found obviously raw parts. I was sick a few hours later, so obviously I ate some parts I shouldn't have.

We paid a little over $30 for a sandwich, an omelette, pancakes and one soda. Overpriced, undercooked, and very disappointing.

GUYS! BY FAR THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO HAVE BREAKFAST IN THE AREA! I just recently gave this place a shot after waiting so long in line for it. I was like "this place really can't be that good." I was wrong...it is worth every minute to wait in line here. The pancakes just melt in your mouth and you get so much for your money. The only downside is that it's cash only so dont forget to hit the ATM before coming in. They offer an ATM inside but its got a pretty hefty surcharge on it.
