Pancho's just isn't what it used to be. Apparently a new manager took over 3 or4 years ago. Since we live in far N. Edmond, we don't make it down to eat as often. The tamales were good, topped with what I can only describe as a sauce and not chili, just a few tiny pieces of meat were present. The rellanos are about half the size as they once were with soggy coating, looked to be a strip of pabblano or anahiem with a very thin strip of cheese inside, the cheese sauce was thin and near tasteless. The rellanos was the reason I went to Pancho's. The tacos tasted good but, the filler was only part beef as it had a pink color, I can't help but wonder where the beef went as beef is what they used to be filled with. The guacamole had a neutral flavor and the portion was tiny. I know I could have asked for more but was somewhat disgusted at what the Pancho's has come to be. The pico was almost all onion. What I have described is what I had for lunch and what I know has been changed to squeeze a little more profit, unfortunately it's killing their business. I won't be going back. The manager thinks he's funny cracking jokes when we had to wait while our food cooled for him to run the register. The wait staff was very good although I would like to see her handle a crowd.

This restaurant was HORRIBLE! Never will I ever go back to it. There was nothing I or the 5 other people I was with liked. Everything from the tacos to the queso to the desert bar was awful. Everything tasted water downed I am honestly hoping that this place goes out of business so that a new owner or business can improve it, and for as bad as it was it could be tuned into a soup kitchen and still be better.

I have no clue how anyone who has eaten at this Buffet could possibly write a negative review, either your palet is tasteless, or you are just a jerk. George is an amazing cook, Trista is very attentive as a waitress, and Trevor is simply the Epitome of Cool. All together, they make an amazing team, and our plates were spotless. We will be coming back frequently, and would like to request the production of some Pancho's Buffet T-Shirts. Good Night, Im full. :P

Horrible!! Bought take - out for lunch and it was the worst Mexican food I've ever had. The rice and salsa was not bad. The tacos were a different story! They were very stale. Couldn't even eat the shell, and the cheese was very nasty! Not worth my money. Will never go again!

Just left feeling very disgusted with the food and service. The salad bar and dessert bar was dirty and left out without proper refrigeration. (Red Flag!!!!) The food was thrown together without any thought to taste or appearance. It was bland or extremely salty. My calabacitas and sopapillas were super greasy. The only way I could comment was by rating it, so I gave it a one star. The only thing that passed were the tacos, but I think taco bells are better and I don't like taco bell. Definitely a WASTE OF MONEY!!!!
