Panda Express, San Antonio, Texas, Chinese Restaurant Details

This experience was way better than the Panda Express on Culebra. I came to this one after the other one didn't want to serve me nearly 30 minutes before closing, this Panda did a great job and with only 8 minutes until they closed. Far better service than the other one!

Food:

Inferior service. Entree choice poor and seldom full. Spoke to manager about it and she said if I wanted a certain entree I'd need to call ahead. Staff is rude and hardly ever greet.

Food:

No plan is in place to ensure entrees are available for customers. Cooks are dropping pans instead of preparing food. Waiting on food for 10+ minutes... better off going to an authentic Chinese restaurant

I really love the food, but recently at this location the cooks and employees are just slacking and not on top of refilling the food in time.
Last week I had to wait 20 minutes for orange chicken as 6 other dishes were empty, waiting to be cooked! The wait was so long that the same girl who took my order gave my food to another family who was walking out the door. Thankfully the family had already received their food and realized that it wasn't theirs! I stepped over to them and had to say "I think that is my order" (embarrassing and ridiculous) this long waiting happens every time I go to this store!!!

I'll be finding another PE !

This has been a quick go-to for a Friday night pick up for my family. We have eaten there a few times, however today was awful! I ordered a plate for my toddlers and first off they had no vegtable entrees so she said they could give me vegtables, I also got the organge chicken which didn't say spicy, and it was. I did not know this untill I served it to my 3yr old. The vegtables were not cooked and hard, low mein was dry dry and rice too, the only good thing was my husbands spicy beef. Then I paid for 4 sring rolls and of course only 2 when I got home. Too late to go back, ended up cooking for my kids an entire seperate meal! The value is not value if for the price you get nothing. Don't know if a new staff or what but it has been taken off our rader!
