Average Panera, but limiting wifi access to 30 minutes will ensure I don't come here for a meal. I thought Starbucks settled the "free wifi will cost you customers" issue.

Quality is very consistent. No matter what season or what time of the day, service is excellent, merchandise first class and tasty. Ambiance is cozy and environment very clean.

They used to be good but now they seem so flat the last time I went there my sandwich was sloppy and my soup was cold

A chain in Asheville? Come on. You have so many great local choices. Spend your dollars locally and give the big franchises a miss!
