11/05/2014 2:23 pmI've visited Panera Bread Resturants all along the East Coast of the United States. |

07/12/2014 3:11 pmI'm a big Panera fan in general. It was a pretty quiet day at this particular store and I ordered a bagel, a full meal and a coffee and wanted to study for a little while. I found out that they had enabled a wifi setting where you can only use the internet for 30 mins between 11am and 2pm. I guess this is so that people don't come study (the pop up said that it was so everyone could use the internet which gave me a chuckle). I can understand their point of view on this, as a customer, I found it frustrating because there weren't a lot of people there and if I had gone to another coffee shop in the area and spent my money I would have been welcomed to spend some time there reading. Overall, the food was fine, just be aware of the wifi policy if you are looking for a place to study, it really messed up my study schedule. |

02/03/2014 3:05 pmThere are a few salads at Panera that I really love, so I'll sometimes stop there when I haven't packed a lunch. I think the Thai Chicken salad and the Fuji Apple Chicken salad are both quite good. Usually I'll just eat half and save the rest for another day though, as they're quite caloric. Anyway for a chain eatery, Panera is usually great. I think this location is just okay - clean and prompt, though not particularly friendly. |

10/05/2012 2:50 pmI typically enjoy eating at other Panera locations, but the one at Southpoint is my LEAST favorite. The service is horrible. When I last visited this one, the soda machines were broken so the cashier recommended other options like lemonade. When the cashier handed me the lemonade, there was a dead fly in it. I showed it to the cashier and she just rolled her eyes and tossed the drink in the trash and basically waved me away so she could get the next customer. It's a shame because I like the food at Panera and I mostly visit other locations closer to my house, but because of the poor service at this location, it has painted a bad image of Panera in my mind and I don't want to visit any location from now on. |

07/25/2012 12:08 pmFirst of all, I have been going to Panera bread for years, and I love panera bread at Brier Creek. However, I recently have to go to this one at southpoint for work reason, but it totally turned me down. Very poor service, very poor food! Don't understand why it has that much discrepancies from the one in Brier Creek! |
