This used to be my favorite lunch spot. Now the place is way to crowded. Very loud and no parking. Quality has changed too! If it wasn't for green tea and fresh soup, I would never go back!

This place is a complete rip off.

I tried a couple of items for take out: a flat bread sandwich, a salad, and some pasta.

Ever item was beyond skimpy. The bbq flat bread had NO chick in it. NONE.
The salad used iceberg instead of the advertised romaine, and had about 2 bites of chicken. The pasta... oh, they screwed up the order and gave me soup.

I emailed Panera and complained and they simply told me they notified the franchise owner, who I never heard from. Of course.

So, not only are they a rip off, the owner doesn't care about complaints that they're a rip off.

This is the last place I'll ever eat.

Hope they go toes up soon.

dirty dirty place....and loud..... dudes I am not in the parking lot when you call out my order is ready. Contacted corp.....no response. Put it on their facebook page.... so we are sad too
