Panera Bread, Ocean City, Maryland Restaurant Details

All Paneras have the same delicious menu and inviting atmosphere. But I have to say that the staff at the West OC Panera really stood out with their service. We brought a party of 15 people in 15 minutes before they closed, and every staff member there was more than accommodating and polite. The manager even offered to comp us some free hot coffees before emptying the carafes for the night. They really helped make a wonderful Christmas outing with my family that much better. Thanks!

I always enjoy the food at Panera, and the service is always very good. I placed an order today but needed to change it. When I called the store the associate was very polite and was able to change the pick up time for me without any problem.

If you've been to other Panera's, then you know what to expect. Excellent soups, sandwiches and salads and a very good bakery. The place is inviting, clean and comfortable. Great place to meet with friends or colleagues for a meal. Yes, it's a chain, but a very good one.

wonderful management AAAAA+++ to you and your staff. We like the Caesar salad and 1/2 sandwich. my husband gets the green tea. West ocean city maryland. short wait for good food. Be happy!
