01/17/2016 7:03 pmShould have known our experience was not going to be stellar when we sat down at the "cleanest looking" booth…and by cleanest I mean, a petrified ketchup smear and overall stickiness. Asked waiter if we could have a dishcloth to wipe table, but upon request he did spray and wipe table. Pear and gorgonzola pizza was lackluster - very little gorgonzola. Chicken panini was fair. The experience took a turn for the worse when paying the $23 bill with 2 $20 bills and the waiter returned with change of $2. When asked about the rest of the change, waiter insisted we only gave him $25. My guest and I both questioned him verifying that $40 was given to him. He went to the register and returned with a $20 bill and a $5 bill thinking that would provide proof. Seriously?!? I was ripped off $15 and will not return. Just a heads up to watch your change. |

10/31/2015 12:10 amI am super disappointed. I miss Paolo. This new place is so expensive. I got chicken fingers and fries to go. The chicken and fries weren't cooked all the way and they didn't give me the honey mustard I asked for. The selection of slices has significantly decreased. It used to be a good neighborhood pizza shop that was inexpensive. Many art school kids would hang out there too but no more. They spent so much money remodeling it with expensive tile it shows in the pricing. I will not be going back. I usually don't write reviews but this had to be said. It's also horribly cramped in there. They've put too many tables in and it was so hot. |

10/09/2015 4:18 pmSeriously, the best pizza in Philly. Every time I come here for lunch it has been empty, which is crazy. This is probably the best kept secret in Philly. I am just worried that it is so well kept that it will go out of business. |
