Papa Gambino's Pizzas Subs, Bangor, Maine Restaurant Details

one night i walked in there and no one was paying attention that i walked in , well i was standing by the soda coolers and i heard one of the employees rip a massive fart. i mean it was loud. out of the three people there i have no idea who it was.

Hungry man with cheesy stix......amazing!!!! Very good price

Reasonably priced, better than average pizza, for take out or delivery. The sausage pizza is better than most other places. Don't plan on eating there. Nothing fancy just pizza and subs.

Best BLT's and Italians around. The in house baked bread means its always fresh. I'm not a huge pizza fan but I love their soft crust.

Gambino's is not a dine-in restaurant, for those who have complained about the decor. I order from the state street location EVERY night. (I'm a lazy cook). I am always greeted by the staff when I walk in, their attitudes even in the midst of the craziness of a pizza store are always above par. The food is EXCELLENT on a consistent basis. I think there has only been one day in the last 4 months I have been frequenting Gambino's in which I wasnt totally satisfied, but I was still satisfied enough for it not to matter. These guys even on a bad day are still the best pizza/sub shop in Bangor by leaps and bounds!
