Whenever one of my knuckle headed carnivore friends spews out tripe about how vegan food sucks I take them here. I have yet to have one of them say they had no idea how good their food tasted. The food is delicious, its all prepped right in front of you and Bregue the cook is a righteous dude. Keep up the good work Papa G.

I have been here several times now, and every time I come the food is just absolutely amazing and delicious. service is good, the drinks are unreal, and it's so quaint and beautiful when the sun shines in through the bamboo in front of the window.

This was my first time to their deli and the food was delicious!! I will definitely go here more often. The bread pudding with blueberry sauce was great and the tacos were wonderful. Can't wait to take my daughter. We were looking for a new place to eat out at and this is now on our list. Thanks for the wonderful food and keep up the good work.

All their food is delicious and worth going Fry mode "Take my money!". Pesto is my damn favorite and could have for days. Always come here when visiting Portland.

Papa G believes that people should not be eating poison, regardless of whether you are vegan, vegetarian, or omnivorous. He is conscious of the dwindling health of the Earth, its animals, and its people due to the toxic chemicals being sprayed on our produce and pumped into our animals -- and he's doing something about it!

This is the most environmentally friendly and health conscious restaurant I have ever been to, but at no cost to your taste buds! The food here is mouthwatering (try the Rueben and the blueberry coconut milk kefir!) Each time I ate here while visiting Portland, I felt energized after the meal... not sluggish like I usually do after eating out. Bonus, all the take out packaging can be composted and one is encouraged to compost their food scraps in the restaurant.
