Papa John's Pizza, Boise, Idaho Restaurant Details

placed an order. called to get estimated time. the guys said oh just about 2 hrs. did not care at all that it was going to take that long. didnt get any confirmation of time when placing order online. worst customer service i have ever had. dont order form this place. it sucks. papa would be pissed.

Ordered a pizza it was incorrect called back got a credit and the delivered the exact same pizza again they really need to get it together over there

1500 on a Wednesday afternoon and it's a 90min wait for delivery. Last time I called (which was about two weeks ago) it was a 2 hour delivery time.
Now if there was a game on or something going on in town. I can see a long delivery time.
If you call and order make sure you ask first how long the delivery time is. You might order your pizza and it will get to you when it gets to you. And it will be cold. Don't make the same mistake I have.

The girl who answered to take my order was rude, kept sighing loudly just getting basics like my name and phone #. Then she told me my coupon didn't exist, placed me on hold for a few minutes saying she found it and made me repeat my card # 4 times, each time she got the number wrong...and said my card was declined. I speak perfect English, yes my native language and called my bank to make sure there weren't any blocks on my card, nope she never did get the # right as the request never made it to the bank. So a half hr later I simply ordered pizza from another pizza chain in 3 mins without a problem.

They're really slipping, wrong drank & no side's i payed for. If I'm gonna buy trash pizza I'd like the service to at least give what I payed for. Got a rockin 30% off coupon but to use that i'll have to give them more money so no
