Papa John's Pizza, Boise, Idaho Restaurant Details

Called for delivery....was told it would be 35 mins....it's been an hour and a half...called in...was told delivery guy could t find my adress and tried to call me......they used the wrong area code on the phone number...after i specifically verified my area code on the intiall call...asked for a manager....and they are just sending the guy back with my pizza that has been sitting for about an hour I'm sure......and wasn't offered any sort of discount.........don't order from this location.......

Complete crap that my family puts in an order and pays only to find out that it’s a 2 hour wait for delivery we get no prompt with no warning or have any idea of how long it’s going to take for our food to arrive before order is finalized. (Estimated Ready Time: [Approximately 115-125 minutes] Is what I see after the order is placed. that is unacceptable way to run a company my kids will be in bed before the darn thing even gets here. If this is a common occurrence the site should have some sort of timing feature so we don't have to get our money taken and not get the product in a timely fashion I would have ordered somewhere else if I knew that I had to wait 2 hours.

Worthless nonsense website 5 minutes of hold time nuf said .... oh go to Albertsons get a pizza warm up your oven, put in the oven get it out when done .Eat it then watch a feature length movie . You will be way ahead. Papa slooooow

I've only ordered carry-out from this location, but every time the pizza has been great. The two times I got there and something had delayed my pizza they either gave me a little gift card, or offered me a free soda while I waited.
