Papa John's Pizza, Chandler, Arizona Restaurant Details

We have ordered many times though Papa Johns and today I would say is my first negative experience. We have been waiting for over an hour and 20 minutes for our pizza. It was a one pizza order. We talked to Ashley, a customer service rep from the online order system, once our order reached the 45 minute mark and according to the system it said it would be here any second. It took 80 minutes to get to us. It was also cold by this time. I was very frustrated by this and I am thinking of writing a physical letter to corporate about my experience. I am very displeased.

It's been GREAT EVERY TIME! Always in 20 minutes & never had Any problems. It's the ONLY pizza that tastes lk it always did! I have tried P Hut &, Dominos more than once & they never taste good enough to pay for delivery. Dijorno store bought is better & I LOVE, LOVE pizza. Papa has been fast n friendly. I read the posts & Wz afraid, But it's been Awsome!

Troy is the best guy there. All of them are amazing but Troy knows how to take care of his customers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAPA JOHNS. Troy was extremely rude. I've never left a bad review until this place. We order a big meal for delivery at 340 pm. 3 pies wings breadsticks soda. 60+ dollars. we call around 450 wondering how much longer? he tells us we should of ordered from a different papa john's that was closer which is understandable but when we placed the order they didn't recommend that. so he goes onto tell us to never order from that papajohns again and our food would be compensated. we didn't ask for that it's what he said. he said the food was en route and we are 3.5 miles away. 45 minutes later we call and rude boy troy says "oh, we went there and you weren't there" we say well can we come and get it? He says we threw it away and didn't offer us the food anymore. almost 3 hours later after placing the order. Troy doesn't deserve a position at this papa johns let alone a position of management! Get someone who is happy and doesn't hate their life!! fire troy!!!

Terrible service. Had to wait 2 hours for my pizza to arrive. Called in twice second time to cancel my order and could hear the supervisor freak out in the back ground to the employee who was trying to help me.
