Called to place an order for delivery, and learned that although we're only 4 miles away they don't deliver to my address.. No big deal though, we were going to order for carry out. However I couldn't place my order because the guy hung up on me as soon as he said they don't deliver here. Just going to order pizza from another shop.

Average. Mess up orders, and over bake stuff, called on it and said would send a coupon, waited a few weeks on coupon and never received, called back again and see if they can do it right this time. I wouldn't care if they sold blackened pizzas, customer service is mediocre. Put on hold several times.
- so they came with new order and got it right finally, but still keeping 3 star for average because when delivery guy got here he didn't really say anything much and waited for a tip, which he didn't provide any extra service to me. Sad that the quality and customer service has gone down, I used to be a regular.
