Papa John's Pizza, El Paso, Texas Restaurant Details

I really do wish I could put 0 stars for this place. My husband and I decided to swing by to pick up a dinner box for tonight's dinner. We were told by the cashier that we would have to wait about 10-15 minutes...which was fine. While waiting in the dining area I noticed that there was 5 dirty tables, with trash, food, silverware and cups on the floor. Not one employee took the time to even clean one of these tables while we sat and waited. We also waited for our food for 45 minutes after they told us 10-15 minutes---no one even took the time to apologize for the wait; which was the least that could of been done. When we received our food, I asked if I could speak to the manager; I pointed out all of the tables that were dirty, how there was food on the floor, and even behind the counter it was very dirty. She was just like ok; explained to me that they were slammed because of the football game. This is the preseason, there was literally maybe 7 people in the restaurant---needless to say they weren't packed. Very disappointed with the service and cleanliness within the place. Two things that automatically drive me away from ever going here again. Now, when we got home (I literally live 2 minutes away from this location) we found our pizza to not even be hot, the cheesesticks were cold, and the chicken wings were not cooked all the way through--several of them had blood squirting out of them which is disgusting. I will NEVER return to this location, which is a shame. I love Pizza Hut, but if the service, cleanliness and food aren't good why would I go back?

This is the best pizza hut i have ever ate at. The food was great, the staff was very kind and sweet. The pizza that i had put me heaven. Thank you coronado pizza hut that was an awsome experience

i seriously wish i could put NO stars. it was just horrible on almost every occasion. i dont think we'll EVER order from here again. i would make a drive all the way to the east side for better service. one time i ordered and the pizza was late by 2 almost 3 hours!! we kept calling to see what was wrong. they just kept telling us "he's on his way" or "you gave us the wrong address" we gave them our address 4 times! and even the first time we called them back they had us repeat the address over and over again. on almost all the other times we get attitude attitude attitude. fast talkers with no room for apology. it is just horrible.
