Papa John's Pizza, Jersey City, New Jersey Restaurant Details

They suck the person that kept picking up the phone kept hanging up on me ....i couldnt even order it took forever and when i told the manager she didnt care and sat there and wanted me to pay for some Cold Pizza that i ordered like an hour before i went there because they kept hanging up on me... me and my Boyfriend were gonna pay for it .. we had No problem with that but they wanted us to wait until they were done with all the other customers soo we could finally get our pizza which by the way was already made... these people are very unprofessional had me waiting almost 2 hours for my pizza!!!

Good food, but the drivers are horrible, and the staff is shifty at best. Ordered extra garlic sauce, they didn't tell me they were out and decided to compensate the charge with free cheese and peppers (I had always thought the cheese and peppers were free). The driver also tried to pick a fight with me after i called out the fraud charges as well. Guess i would be bitter too if i was jockeying pizzas at that age.

it was my first time ordring from papa johns the pizza was great, nice and freshly delivered right on time i would order from them again ....it was a good expirence the pizza has a special taste too it's something different, the crew there was so friendly and helpfull
