Papa John''s Pizza, Norfolk, Virginia Restaurant Details

I ordered my pizza online but when i recieved box everything slid to side i didnt ask for a pile of pizza VERY UPSET

This business represents the Papa Johns poorly. When I say everyone is rude and unprofessional....EVERYONE. I have years of Sales and Retail experience. I know providing customer service at a demanding pace can be frustrating. But it seemed that the tone of this establishment from the manager has trickled down to even the delivery drivers. HORRIBLE. If you hate people my tip is to get out of jobs that require customer service. I was so disturbed with my experience with this location. I ordered pizza for my children's preschool and driver was rude to their teacher. why???? I'm not one of those extremely sensitive people who demand 5 star quality service every where I go. But this was SAD and worth me writing this review.

Maan too many people hating on an establishment that does what they can.
They have a stressful job and hating on em doesn't do any good.
10/10 would order pizza again.

My favorite Pizza. Especially cause it comes with the garlic sauce. I don't share. My sauce. Grrrr....lol

Tlk About Awesome! !! The website mixed up an order but they were willing to make it up to me and my girlfriend with a free pizza!!! Thanx awesome people
