I had the worst experience. It took over 20 min for them to take my order, then the guy left the receiver, took the next person another 10 min to take my order. You hear laughing and derogatory comments being made on the intercom. She kept screwing up my order. But others are pulling up ..without ordering and getting food and drinks. I asked for corporate number and I was told they didnt have one. It was one lady who was trying to make up or the crap her coworker were serving the customers because I wasnt th only irate one. Someone from corporate needs to come down as a customer and see how the service is.

This is the worst Sonic in America.... I sat for 15 minutes and then had to get out my damn truck and push the bottom to another line to take my order then it took them an additional 20 for 3 small slushes.....I will never ever ever ever go back there... I wouldn't recommend that no one goes there...WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. A and when I received my order I told the young lady they had horrible service she just looked like whatever....

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a sonic. The man on taking the order came on the receiving and just asked "What do I want?????"and they really take their time with your order they really need to shut this one down like asap

Ordered once they took an literal hour to bring the wrong food so we ordered again and they took about 30 minutes till finally we got our right food

The worst Sonic I've ever been to and I love Sonic. I can go to the Sonic on Covington Pike order and eat and get back to work faster than I can even get my order at this one. Sonic corporate should close this one.
