Look uh. They were super apologetic and I'm sure these things happen but I ordered a pizza at 9:40 and was told 30-40 minutes. It just showed up and it's 11:15. That's completely unacceptable. I wanted to be asleep by now.

Poor customer service. I stood there for about fifteen minutes. I understood the phones were ringing off the hook but did it really need to take three employees on phones and none to take care of the customers waiting in line. Not acceptable.
