Ordered a pizza online. Email confirmation stated 30 to 40 minutes delivery time. I waited 40 minutes before calling the location to get actual time. I was told my order would arrive in 10 minutes. I waited another 20 minutes before calling to ask about delivery, the manager was rude and obnoxious. He insinuated that I was lying about my previous conversation in regards to delivery time. The manager spent over 5 minutes arguing with me on the phone over a pizza order. Hilarious!

Used to work here and was a daily customer till I found out place is full of rats, cooks don't wash hands, toppings fall on floor and get thrown in pizzas, never answer the phone either

0 stars this place is so retarded that when we call them and made an order. they never placed the order inside of the computer and then after waiting a whole hour .I called back and they asked us if we wanted to make a whole new order and wait 45 min again. You guys suck. Never ordering here EVER again.

This is the second time in my 12 years dealing with this location where the service was absolute horse sh*t. I placed my order online for delivery, even though I only live less than 3 mins away, the wait time was a maximum of 41 mins. 50 mins later, I call and the guy says all delivery times are 1 hr 30 mins, and said my order was walking out the door. 20 mins later, no pizza. I went to the location personally and had my order voided and while I was there, pizza still wasn't delivered. I had this happen once before in the past but twice is enough, I'm never ordering from this location ever again.
