One of the best grilled cheeses in the SOMA area. The food/drink is a little on the expensive side for what you get, but it's a decent spot. Of the sandwiches the BBQ Brisket is good. The food doesn't stand up well to take out.

Paragon is a reliable restaurant to go to for business lunches. It's one of the bigger restaurants around AT&T park and it's always easy to get a reservation.

With that said, the food is pretty underwhelming. They used to have a really great spinach and roasted chicken salad that was my favorite, but they took it off the menu. Now I usually order the chopped salad when I have to come here for lunch.

To sum it up, Paragon is uneven. The service tends to be lacking occasionally and the entrees aren't so great for the price.

I'd recommend coming here only for drinks or for dessert. Order the bread pudding to share.

Perfect place to grab a drink and quick bite before a Giants game. The small outdoor patio is nice when the weather is right and the have some terrific appetizers and small plates. Mac and cheese is excellent as are the mushroom cigars. Beer list is good and the drinks are well made. Casual spot.

Came here as part of a mac and cheese crawl. This place had not only the best mac n cheese out of all the places, but it was extremely plentiful, and the drinks were also better than all the other drinks. We stayed at this place the longest, and had a very fun and relaxed time. On our way out, it seemed like all the other diners were enjoying themselves. Quite a spacious place as well. On the whole I would definitely go back here to try some other quality foods from this joint. Yeah!

This restaurant is more of your upscale fine dining place. Not like that should deter anyone from going here. It's basically a place where if you want to make a good first impression on a blind date then you would want to go here. The mac and cheese here is more of your traditional verity and the wait staff is amazing and accommodating. The drink menu is on par with everywhere in the city. California beers, good wine and creative mixed drinks. I would definitely come back here for a happy hour. There is seating outside and seems that this is where people go before and after Giants games. Cool place, good people, good food.
