Decided to try for lunch one day. Garlic knots awesome. Pizza amazing. Caesar salad great. Will eat here often!!!

We just come from having lunch there and I will never go back. I am glad that five other co workers were present to witness me pulling a long black hair from my mouth in the salad I had ordered. When I asked the waitress about it she was annoyed that I was annoyed about the hair. I guess you just not allowed to get upset about these things. When I was brought the check and charged for the salad. I asked the waitress why I was being charged, tolled her eyes, where she stated she would take it the manager. Let me mention the manager never came out to apologize or anything during the whole time that the incident occurred. the waitress came out and said the manager stated I still needed to pay for it. In addition, they took my money and never brought out my change, which I had to go and ask for it at the counter where the manager was hiding behind the soda fountain. I will never go back here again poor service, bad attitude, and no accountability.....

I will never recommend this restaurant. I went in with my groupon and was immediately treated like I was trying to get away with something- I was told I couldn't order off of the lunch menu as that was considered "combining specials". Then when the bill came, the waitress added an 18% gratuity onto it. I asked about this (we were a party of 2!!) and was told "we do that for all the grouponers" and she walked away. I was very upset. When I called to speak to the owner, she said "people who use the coupons don't tip right so I told my staff to just add it onto their bill" and made no apologies for ruining what was supposed to be a great little date for my husband and I. The food is mediocre and now I am feeling that this place doesn't care AT ALL if the customers are happy. They got my money and they don't care if they see another dime- which they WILL NOT!
