Peets has gone downhill. It's no surprise, it's all over the net. A lot of loyal customers are pissed....

Got my excellent coffee, totally forgot to get my ordered oatmeal and remembered later. Called and was totally taken care of be Theresa, quick & proffesional. Great customer service.

Best Vegan Cookies ever! So thankful they carry them fresh! I love the "for here" cups.

The bums have taken over Peet's on 2nd street. They come into the store and sleep at the tables. They bring in food handed to them on the street and eat at Peet's without buying anything in the store. They are filthy and smelly and they wash themselves in the sink in the bathroom and the management does nothing about it any of this. Does this sound like a place you would like to eat and drink coffee? Disgusting!
