Had good time eating italian food. Good customer service, nice food

This restaurant, and the dish we ordered, was highly recommended by a friend who lives in Boston. Sadly, it did not come close to living up to our expectations.

At first the waiter was very friendly and the atmosphere is quite nice. However, as soon as we asked about the possibility of splitting a meal (for which there is a $4 charge, which we were more than happy to pay) his attitude seemed to change. Although that was odd, it was not a big deal.

However, the meal was not good. We ordered a pasta seafood combination and everything was very overcooked and had a very "fishy" flavor. We could not even finish the meal. When the waiter asked why we were not finishing the meal we simply told him that it was "not hitting the spot for us". He then acted like we were stupid and did not know what a good meal was and he started to pout a little.

We left a good tip (considering the quality of the service and food) and on our way out the door I could see our waiter directly across the street pouting. Very bizarre.

Perhaps it was just a bad night for the chef but the waiter was enough to keep me from ever returning or recommending this restaurant

Delicious! Pappardelle with roasted corn, and lasagna were excellent.

Excellent food overall and very helpful service. The cuisine is North Italian (Milan) influenced and to my mind authentic to Italy.

Probably deserved 5 stars but the bill was a little over budget so i am knocking one point off!
