11/08/2014 9:54 pmI stopped here twice during my 4-day visit to San Francisco, mostly because I wanted this place to fulfill my expectations. The appetizers are probably the best thing on menu: Roti canai is a must-order, as is the satay (beef or chicken). Entrees were disappointingly mediocre, but prices are reasonable. Take my word as someone who spent his first 18 years in Malaysia. |

09/30/2014 5:09 pmTheir Malaysian and Singaporean food here is okay but nothing to write home about. This is one of the only places around SF you can find Singaporean chili crab, which is one of their signature (but pricey) dishes. There's a lot of salt/MSG in their dishes though, which leaves you parched at the end of your meal. |

03/24/2013 5:49 pmThe food here is really authetically Malaysian. As a Singaporean who loves her local cuisine, I was very happy to be happy to enjoy good kang kong and other local dishes. Food here is mainly family style so make sure you come here with a group of friends to enjoy! And be sure to come here with an empty tummy! (: Highly recommended! |

02/28/2013 11:13 pmWow! I've never had such rude service! The lady at first said we could not have a table- depiste there being lots of tables and them being open for several hours still. Then after another employee made her give us a table, she started slamming plates down on our table! Who does that?!?! I honestly think she did not like the fact that II was white with an asian girlfriend. I will NEVER be back and advise you not to visit either - there is better food with waaaaaaay better service from non racist folks in this lovely city. |
