***** update********I do have to say that management was very helpful in accommodating me after I voiced my complaints. They returned my phone calls and were very nice. I got a full refund. I am happy but I would still not go back there. Maybe if I was rich and could take a gamble on a $100 dinner for 2 but I’m not.

Food--- 4.0 food was nothing special I would have gave it a 6 but the chocolate bar was just gross. Old fruit and not a good tasting dessert in sight.
Service—2.0 for this kind of money you would expect the best. I’ve had better service at apple’s. The host did try

Atmosphere---0.0 There is bugs and crap flying around the place. They try to offer you chocolate cover strawberries at the end and you know bugs have been There is absolutely nothing good about this atmosphere. You feel like you are stepping back into 1980 when you walk in here. My wife cloth napkin was dirty, here glass was chipped, no live piano music like you would expect with prices like this. The place is such crap! Ruined my anniversary. The lights are too bright, fake candles burning at the table. You feel like you are setting in your neighbor’s lap you feel like you have to whisper just talk because the place is so quite everyone would hear your conversation. This is not a classy place. We walked in people had on ball caps and blue jeans My wife and I felt like fools because we actually dressed up to come here. This place feels like you are in a ball room and they just set up tables and started charging people ridiculous amounts of money for. They gave my wife an old welted rose when it was time to go, that was like the last straw of subpar quality from this place.

Overall score—0.0 never go here this place needs to be on hell’s kitchen. They are robbing people for out of their money.
$118.00 for a dinner for two you would expect top of the line everything. This place can’t hold a candle to the cheesecake factory! It can’t even hold a candle to Applebee’s! My wife and I went there for our anniversary. I wanted to take her somewhere we’ve never been before and somewhere that was a step up from cheesecake factory, red lobster or olive garden. I’ve heard that this place was supposed to be a really nice place but I can’t think of anything that is really nice about it. Ok where do I start…. Our soda was flat, very flat and tasted bad like it was too old. My wife’s glass was chipped. I wouldn’t expect this from somewhere that supposes to be so nice. The was only 3 waiters on duty for the whole restaurant on a Saturday night that should have told us something. No one was in there. I probably went 20 minutes with an empty Pepsi glass. The waiter walked by 5 or 6 time before he noticed and gave me a refill. It took forever for our food to come out. When it came out it was not really hot. I knew in a place like this the portion sizes would be small and I expected that. The presentation was horrible there was smashed potatoes plopped in the middle of the plate with my steak cup in half on either size with some crap thrown on top of that. It just didn’t look like a $42 plate. I’ve been to the skies which is located at the top of this same hotel and they have a way to make the smashed potatoes look like it came out of a large frosting pouched so it looks on the plate. I’m getting mad just trying to gather my thoughts about this place. And don’t get me started about this chocolate bar. Everthing up there looked like crap. For this kind of money why would you want to go and pick over some crap that’s been setting there all night hoping to find something for dessert. Whoever is running this place is not in touch with reality. For this kind of money someone should roll a cart full of desserts to your table and let you choose without leaving your seat. Bottom line they charge prices like they are on par with the skies restaurant and not ever on par with olive garden.

Benton's that sits on top of the westin has a 24oz t-bone steak for $36 live music and will beat this place in every way inclued price.
