Service "knows how to get you to the show on time" (and "valet is a huge plus") at this "swanky" Italian-tinged American that's "a must" for the Loop theater crowd with "dependably tasty" "Wisconsin supper club food" for a "reasonable price"; though some find the offerings "uninspired" and say it's "there to soak the tourists", it remains "popular", especially for its business lunch and Sunday brunch; P.S. "have a martini and dream about being a star" at the "unique" Monday night open mike.

Food was good. We sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly. Service was a little slow though.

Great place for a date night because it's not to to bright. The food was great, the waiters are great and the lemon martini was great. Also the drawings on the wall are good for conversation if it's your first date.

This is a review on their customer service, namely today's hostess at the host stand.

I had a reservation for 1pm this afternoon for a party of 3, we got out of our meeting early and headed over. Upon our arrival at 12:41pm, she said that she could not seat us immediately as our reservation was for 1pm. I looked around the venue and there were plenty of tables for our group! I asked if she could cancel my reservation and just seat us immediately? She said no and immediately looked back down to whatever she was reading. As if my question wasn an inconvenience!!! She could've suggested sitting at the bar for a few drinks until it was time to be seated. Or she should've asked a staff member to check on seating availability. But she made absolutely no attempt to placate me. Therefore, we walked right out to a different establishment. If you're looking for a place to wow your potential clients, this is NOT the place if you're getting a big dose of haterade at the front door.

We had an amazing intimate wedding reception here! They were amazing and the food was excellent !!

Great food, nice location, and good atmosphere.

I would go back again just for the awesome corn bread that comes in the bread basket. Chicken Schnitzel was great, and the tiramasu was delicious!

Excellent staff. Always available when needed.
