Amazing vibe generated by the amber lighting and Asian art. The lo mein is great and the waiters are always nice. Serving times are long but the quality of the food makes up for it.

This review is solely on customer service on a busy friday dinner rush night. So, it was MY FAULT. I called pei wei for chicken lettuce wraps (thinking PF Changs) & was quoted a 7.27 price, no water chestnuts, & order ready by 820. I show up, greeted by a wonderful tall brown man, who directed me to the bar & informed me to wait while he checked on the order. The head cook comes out & at first came off too strong saying he has no order under my name etc etc. He makes it & have it to me in 2 minutes. That's when he informed me I may have meant Pei Wei since the price & order was wrong, but he gave me $1 discount. Anyway, he refunds me because it's too much of a hassle plus I was at the wrong place. However, while I'm waiting, another handsome man comes & inquires why I didn't want water chestnuts & I tell him & he offers to make them without & I declined. Even though I was wrong, these three men were excellent at taking care of my needs.

went there for our anniversary & it was an amazing experience. my hubby isnt usually the Chinese food type & this restaurant quickly changed his thought. he loved the flank steak with veggies & the lobster avacado rolls. the only thing is that the waiting staff had a bit of an attitude, which is kinda a throw off. but i let it roll off my shoulder. probably over worked poor things. but i eventually got our waiter to relax he seemed a bit stiff but was warm twords the end :) great food, okay customer service & great ambience.
