The food was delicious and the waiter was great but the hostess was a liar to tell us 35 minutes when in reality we waited 1 hour. Actually they had 4 hostess? Doing what?
The one that brought us to the table didn't even apologize. Please stop hiring uneducated people to run the restaurant.

Best Chinese food in all El Paso. Great selection of dishes. Chinese fusion cousine. Friendly service. High. Prices though

Bottom line - excellent management who takes pride in grooming her staff and setting an example.

Went in for dinner and ordered a calamari appetizer for the table, an entree for me and another appetizer for my wife's meal. We happily ate the calamari, and were approached by the manager about 10 minutes after we started wondering where the rest of the food was (approximately 25 minutes after ordering). She said "I am so sorry for this but I am making the kitchen remake your food. I noticed your ... was sitting in the warmer for way too long while your ... was being made. This is poor planning from my chef. I wouldn't eat that food and I would not expect you to either. Your meal is almost done, again, and I am personally comping your whole check." The food arrived shortly after and was hot and delicious. We tried pleading with the waitress and manager to at least let us pay for the appetizer and drinks but they were adamant -we were not paying.

So, long story short, we received a delicious and FREE meal all for waiting fifteen extra minutes. We had to order an iced tea to go just so I could tip the waitress with my card!
