Great place to stay, it's right on the water near everything. Book online and save, or call and tell them the online price and they will match it. The bar and restaurant are excellent. They even have a Sushi bar to! The room was really nice and the service was excellent. I'd stay again. However, the free breakfast isn't very good. But everything else....Great!

Dear Mr. Trent,

I am writing on behalf of the entire Ortigoza/Anderson for making the wedding reception the event of a lifetime. The exceptional service and accommodation that we received is beyond any kind words. Every attendee is still talking about it weeks later.

The tables, chairs, the assistance is cleaning and the view was spectacular. The rooms that were set up for us was perfect, and we were all very impressed with the friendliness of everyone involved. The tent you supplies for the food was absolutely heart warming. Your staff treated us like royalty the entire weekend and their service was absolutely impeccable. This letter wouldn’t be complete without the honorable mention of Nicole Bell, which went above and beyond her job title to ensure this event was a huge success. She is sure to quickly respond to the very many emails that I sent her with my concerns and worries with quick and stressless solutions!!!

We cannot thank you enough for helping us arrange this entire event. I could not have found a more perfect setting anywhere. We were all pleasantly surprised at the lovely venue that you were able to supply us with.

I have already referred your hotel to many of our family and friends that live in and out of the area. In addition to the service and accommodations, your prices that you offered our guest where unbeatable which made our event even better. One of the best hotels from my stay in florida. Spacious rooms. Great rates for the area. Clean. Friendly people. Nice park right behind it. Recommended

Most important: Wi-Fi does not work at all in our room, # 129. Must have it..........it is the most important aspect of our room rental. We have to dress up and sit in the lobby. Otherwise, a good room and on our water view side, a beautiful sunset. We have been coming here for at least 15 years but won't return unless we are assured that we will get a decent Wi-Fi connection in our room.

Food:

We stayed a week at the end of October and had a good experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the rooms were neat and clean. Although the breakfast was not superb, it was adequate with enough variety to satisfy everyone. There was some remodeling going on, but it didn't affect us in any way. We never had a problem with parking.
