Overall: POOR. Pho is bland. Go some where else! As we paid, Waitress asked "How was everything?" (Mind you once your food is served to table they NEVER come back to the table) we were honest and told waitress the pho was bland. Waitress goes to kitchen, comes back and says "No it ok!, I taste it!" I was shocked, why ask and then be rude about it?! Any other pho place I've been I have never had to add ANYTHING to the broth. At this place I added salt, pepper, mint leaves, and fish sauce! And the pho didn't taste any better. Do yourself a favour and go some where else.

BAD SERVICE!! Me and my friend went there for dinner and we waited for almost 10 minutes for them to come take our order. i had to wave my hand a couple times for them but they ignored me and one of the waiters looked at me and said i will come take your order later and takes a couple's order first when we came before them. water is served when your halfway done with your food. one of the very short waiters was cursing in her language while bringing a white family their food right next to us. very disrespectful and they get mad when you ask for a straw

I love the food but the last time i went i slipped and fell. I would imagine they would clean up SPILLED Salt and Water. I got hurt and the staff did NOTHING to help me up off the floor.

Customer service sucks...bathroom extremely dirty. Forgot one of my order...waiter just shrugged and walked away when I told him. It was like he didn't care at all. Guess they just lost another customer.
