Small plates paired with a voluminous wine list are the focus of this useful Back Bay Italian, though it also offers a respectable variety of full-size entrees as well; proponents praise the attentive service and pricing that's so reasonable for Newbury Street.

My experience here was memorably bad. The pasta dishes had pools of watery sauce on the bottom of the dish, and the bread served with the meal was not unlike something you'd find on a budget cruise vacation. Great location on Newbury, but only tasty if you like expensive Olive Garden-style "Italian".

My husband and I had a lovely dinner there last night. I had the Arugula salad and the lobster ravioli, my husband had the Caesar salad, meatballs, and another piattini (I forgot which one), and everything was very well done! My husband especially liked the meatballs, as they are one of his long-time favorite dishes. Before dinner, I also enjoyed a blueberry lavender martini, and it was excellent. The service is excellent, warm and inviting. I think we will definitely go back!

Who ever said tapas was for Spaniards only? This is Italian tapas!

I've had several fantastic meals here. Everything on the menu is beautiful, delicious and served with a smile.

Great for group outings or a romantic first date.

I try to go back every couple of months or so.

Tip: try and score a table in the back room

The food here is amazing. They do a great job of pairing suggested wines to your meal with a simple numerical system in their menu. Do yourself a favor and get the bourbon gelato. Flexible and nice staff.

Amazing experience, warm inviting decor. The hostess was very sweet and explained the long wait, offered to seat us at the bar. We liked it so much, ended up staying with Maria- the bartender all night.
Food- OMG where do I begin, amazing pasta, we had the lobster ravioli- loaded with lobster and ricotta, what more could we ask for.....dessert, Tiramisu- yeah you have to try it to know how good this creamy sweet cake is!!
