Food:

I took my family to eat at this diner thinking it would be delicious. I was severely letdown. I had an awful experience for several reasons.
1. I ordered coffee and the little creamers that were brought to my table were filled with expired milk that was chunky and smelled sour.
2. The utensils given to my family were dirty and the napkins had food on them.
3. At the moment we received our appetizer, a baby cockroach crawled across our table and we were instantly disgusted.
4. By the time the food came around, we were no longer hungry and did not bother to eat the food.
PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! The food is subpar, the restaurant is dirty and filled with dirt/ brown water damage on the ceilings. This place desperately needs to be thoroughly inspected or closed down.

Took the kids out to eat they were excited about this place well..... Our waiter was slow he sucked he took about 20 minutes to get our drinks he kept serving other tables it wasn't packed at all. I tell him in ready to order seeing that he was taking long like he wasn't focused or didn't know what he was doing he finally brought our drinks as I stack my coffee to find out it was hot tea he was no where to be found to exchange my drink for a actual coffee I had to approach the manger she apologized and gave me a coffee. Still waiting for our food 1 hour later he never came to refill our drinks. Some other man was upset cause he had been there 1 also . another 20 minutes went by and the kids were hungry it was getting late as we drove 35+miles to eat here we got up and I told the male waiter that waited on us that I was only going to pay for our drinks that this wait time was ridiculous. He began to roll his eyes ..I will not be eating here again. Poor customer service.

Food was cooked perfectly, service was quick, and staff was polite and knowledgeable.

Overall everything was good. If you love comfort food this is the place for you to go. Definitely not for those who prefer healthy foods or vegetarians, this is fully loaded menu with foods that "stick to your ribs" and just about everywhere else. The staff was friendly, warm but just a bit slow in service. For me the way to rate any restaurant is, would I come back again? Yes, I'd come back again but plan on taking a few extra miles while hiking to make up for it.

I took my kids for the first time today, I'd had a horrible experience there years ago, and decided to give it another try. BIG MISTAKE!!! I have problems with my thyroid, and I can't have fully caffinated coffee, I asked for decaf and she brought regular!!! My whole body is shaking like crazy, and I'm so so sick now! The waitress was nice, but she wrote nothing down, and our entire order was wrong!!! I asked for water six times, before she brought me a dirty, half empty glass, and more regular coffee (I didn't touch it) she didn't give us silverware, so we all shared one fork. The other waitress didn't seem to want to help, and when I nursed my baby, she stared me down with a disgusted look on her face! I didn't get to eat, because the regular coffee made me extremely sick. The food is over priced, the wait staff is horrible, NEVER GO HERE!!! I know my family never will again! If I end up in the hospital today, they will be receiving the bill!
