Bad service! Worst customer service ever!
I was there with a friend today, and four kids. The server asked, how can she helped? I asked if we can get foods to go - she said "Oh no I don't think we can help you with that, we have so many customers!" I was horrified with her answer, aren't we customers? So I said, then we can take a table and eat here. She said "I don't think we can do that either, it would probably take a very long time you can be better off getting food from one of those food trucks!" What a b***! We were there with four kids all hungry and wanting to eat, thinking may be it would be easier for us to get food here than falling in line at the food trucks which by the way, all of them had a very long line! It was so disappointing! It was not the first time I was supposed to eat here. It was supposed to be my third dine at the place, I even recommended this restaurant to a friend and family. I ate here years ago with my mother-in-law, I thought it was nice few selection in the menu but everything were nice, then I ate here with friends and kids last week, it took time to get the foods on our table but I did not mind. Came back today for egg hunting event for the kids and eating here was in our plan, so we did not bother bringing any food or drinks at all! Instead this was what we experienced at the Pineapple Room, it was a MAJOR TURN OFF! You can never get $$$ from me anymore! The customer service was not worth one star, not even half!
To management: Please train your worker not to loss their composure under pressure, particularly in front of children, also train them, how to refuse customer in a nice way and not in a bitchy way.
