04/09/2014 1:07 amWent there for lunch with a coupon. We seemed to be the only customers in the restaurant. However, the food was excellent. The fried calamari and zucchini appetizer was fresh and hot from the fryer, the manicotti was also delicious. The cheesecake was also yummy. The food appeared to have been freshly made. If I have any criticism, it is that the cook was too generous with the salt. |

12/21/2013 1:19 amWe ate lunch here today to celebrate our final exam and were pleasantly surprised. The Caesar salad, Egg plant parmagiana, and chicken piccatta were delicious. Our waiter was fun and gave us the best service. I highly recommend the walk up the stairs to this restaurant. |

05/23/2013 10:47 pmI dined like a friggin' KING at this place thanks to a LivingSocial voucher for $15 off of a $30 bill. These vouchers are typically used by a party of two or more; but I decided to indulge and treat myself to a 4 course meal that -- including tax and tip -- ended up only costing me net $20 (including the fact that I participate in LivingSocial's "Plus" program where I get $25 deal bucks for a $20 charge on my credit card). |

05/22/2008 12:00 pmAmong the dozen or so Italian restaurants in the area, this is clearly quite acceptable. The chef tends to add a bit of spice to some dishes but overall the experience is consistently a good one. They even have a great tartufo (vanilla ice cream coated with chocolate and a cherry inside) - yum. It's certainly worthy of a try in the neighborhood. Is it a "4" out of "5" in the ratings? Well, maybe a 3.75. But clearly at least a 3. It's very inexpensive comparatively speaking. |
