the pizza, bread sticks, and wings were super cold the pasta had tiny bit of sauce and 3 pieces of chicken and it arrived like 30 minutes late! This is the worst pizza hut ever

Never honor any pizza hut promos or cupons. They are cheap, slow, and pizza not all that great

They were terrible. not only did they get the first order wrong and take twice as long as they said to deliver it. They had the order wrong, the pizza was dry, and the only thing they would do about it was bring us new ones in exchange for the first. said it would be a rush order and 30 min or less. it took another hour and the replacements were just as bad! WORST PIZZA HUT EVER

Unfortunately in the past year and a half this restaurants productivity has been steadily
Declining. It now takes on average 1 to 2 hours for my dilevery to get to my home. When it used to be 30mins to an hour. I asked the delivery drive, why this is. He told me that the management has been forcing them to only take 2 deliverys at a time instead of 4, 5, or 6. I found this astonishing considering all there boxes have this "eco-box" logo. I would think a company that is trying to go green would see that sending 2 or 1 deliverys per driver when there are 10 orders ready to leave the store is anything but going green. I mean havent these people heard of car pooling. i thought, well maybe ill just pick it up myself. After being on hold for 20mins i asked why i was on hold for so long? The guy replied " im sorry sir, i just got back from my delivery. My boss wont hire any customer service representatives. What can i get for you?". So i placed my order. I got there 20 minutes after the conversation. And low and behold he was right. Management at this place has become somewhat comical. Theres a bunch frantic delivery drivers Running around the store trying to answer phones, clean dishes, cut pizza. Probably a few other things. While the manger sits back and threatens her delivery drivers with being fired or sent home, If they dont meet her outrageous demands. Customer service here doesnt exist. If you can wait for one of there delivery drivers to get back into store to take your phone call, while the other 5 orders up are getting cold. Not to mention those 5 deliverys are going to take 2 plus hours to get out instead of 45minutes
