Pizza Hut, Boise, Idaho Restaurant Details

Extremely pleased with the customer service! We originally walked into a pizza buffet down the street and after a quick glance at the pizzas they had on display, turned around and walked out. Went down the street a little further and decided to try pizza hut. We ordered pizza and wings and the wings were brought out quickly and very tasty. A few minutes later the pizza came out and as the young lady placed the pizza on our table, she noticed one of the ingredients wasn't right and offered to bring us another one for free. To be honest, I probably wouldn't have even noticed if she hadn't pointed it out. I didn't want them to go through the trouble of making another pizza for us especially since we were the only ones in the store, so they discounted the pizza and we left very happy. The wings and pizza were both delicious and far better than I was expecting. We'll be going here for our pizzas from now on.

Have a great fresh pizza every time I order their lunch special! Got alot of other people from work ordering now too thanks ladies over there at fairview and five mile location

awful! werr tried ordering a pizza for delivery from the Ustick store. Ustick wouldn't deliver to us. We are only maybe 3 miles away. tThey told us to call this store so we did. They wouldn't deliver to us either!

Worst customer service ever. Order a pizza online at 10:45pm. Store closes at 11pm. Get a call at 11:05pm from them saying they refuse to make the pizza and that they didn't anticipate someone ordering before close. What a joke. Save your time and order from someone that cares about customers. Now I have to worry about a refund on a pizza they never attempted to make.

That bacon... what is wrong with it? Some rubbery, grisly, awful, foul, pork of some sort? Never eating at this pizza hut again.
